    Channel Tunnel migrant crisis: Man dies as 1,500 try to enter

    A man has been killed as at least 1,500 migrants tried to enter the Channel Tunnel in Calais on Tuesday night, French police have said.


    Eurotunnel says no freight services are running as migrants are still at the Channel Tunnel site at Coquelles.

    What are the French doing about it ? moaning that Briton should help towards the cost ...........

    I suppose in the curcumstances we could afford to send a couple of snipers at our expense...

      Good, only 1499 to go then.

      Enough is enough - rubber bullets to stop them and teach them any attempt to 'storm' anything will result in rubber bullets to 100 meters then real bullets to the entrance - end result = death.

        Migrants on their land = their problem!

        Looks as to most of them are fit and able to survive in their own country, not try and sponge off other peoples earnt monies , no room here go home, and change your government
