Many of their fellow inmates will be former customers. Maybe they will need to ask to be put on special blocks so that people are not knocking on their door or ringing their phone 24/7 threatening to throw them out of their cell or take their blankets.

Perhaps they can be put on sewing mail bags to replace those that they previously wore out with their threatening mail.
