Hmmm ok, I'll check again tonight - if there's nothing to gain by settling - or you can't afford to settle but it's enforceable then there is little left to play with sadly. But for now, don't send anything let's think of a way around this and moving forwards. I'll check tonight and email you / update here

for reference, it is 100% EN so lets buy some time before we move in with an offer to settle (monthly amounts).... I'll be in touch again when they send the CCA but for now, do that and try not to worry.

Letter today from 1st credit threatening bankruptcy, giving a repayment plan offer of over £1k per month until the debt is settled and if we miss a payment they might pass to connaught collectons to issue an SD.

Glad I sent the CCA request yesterday, will give a bit more time whilst the best way to proceed is considered (really means Niddy is looking, I don't have a clue )

Do you want me to contact my contact at 1st and get the threat of SD put off, ie cancelled. Doing so means we negotiate from outset... I can buy you a month of no contact before we need to discuss things? If interested please clarify and then I'll email you...
