    Hi Mattye,
I'd do both, use threat of legal action template but add at the beginning that you have still not had a specific response to your letter of xxxx and the account remains in serious dispute.

What sort of response time is "78 hours" anyway? - three and a quarter days? Weird!

I'd add to the bottom of the template letter; I anticipate your reply to confirm that you will return my case to the OC within 53.84 hours...

In response to my last letter - Application form received - They have sent me a copy of my signed acceptance form saying that they have now answered all my concerns etc etc.

They have put my account on hols for a further 28 days to allow me to respond.

Any ideas what / how I should respond to this or I am stuffed

I would send this mate, no you're not stuffed --> Our Templates | Unenforceability Templates | CCA Query - Creditor Refusal to Accept UE Status

            Re my MBNA Mastercard account

I have received a letter today saying that they have returned my file to their client - result.
Lets see who picks this up next.
            Cheers Nidster

LTSB Mastercard Deemed UE - Not paid since July 2010

Letter received from APEX in response to my 'Reconstituted agreement' template,re-itterating LTSB's position that the information previously supplied by them satisfies my CCA request -Quoting Carey v HSBC - Blah , blah, blaaahhhh.

What LTSB have supplied to date is a copy of a generic CC agreement and T&C's - no signatures or dates etc,its not even on letter headed paper!.

I will send 'em the 'refusal to accept UE' template and see what comes from that.

Update 23-08-12 : Strange letter recieved from Apex today.

They seem to have ignored my last letter and have started the process all over again on the same debt??

They say 'Our client has requested that we contact you to arrange payment of the outstanding balance'

They have had the refusal to accept UE back in June....so I guess I will drop them a quick line refering them to my last letter and confirm that as yet they have not responded.

                          Matty

Update 23-08-12 : After a period of many weeks inactivity Apex have written to me again asking me for £1 - they are saying that the reason they have not replied to my request is because I didnt enclose £1 with my cca request.

                            Account on hold 14 days.

WTF - Cant these people read??

I will question their reading skills and ask them to read my letter again.

                                BOS Classic MCard

Not paid since July 2010 & deemed UE by his Lordship.

This has been round the dcas over the past couple of years one of them being IQOR - who I have not heard from for over a year.

I have received a letter from them today , 'thanking me for my recent correspondence' and informing me that the reason they have not responded is because I didnt include £1 with my CCA request !!!
They go on to inform me that if I wish to continue with this request I must send them £1 ???
Account on hold for 14 days.

I am not sure whether to ignore this or reply with a suitably sarcastic letter.
