Re: MattyA UE Diary
Evening all - hope everyone is ok....
Bit of help on how to respond to the following please:
1: MBNA - UE & subject to a PPI reclaim which has been upheld by them & I am awaiting payment.
On the same day I received a letter upholding the claim I also received a letter from Fredies telling me I had 7 days to pay up.
Not done anything with this as yet...but got another letter today from them 'letter before action' giving me another 7 days to pay up in full - not sure what to respond with here....or just ignore and await the PPI payment which was supposed to be with me by the end of the week?
2: HBOS
Letter from Robbing Barstweards - Formal demand for payment re a UE HBOS account.(looks like IQOR have returned this file)
This is the first letter from them re this account so...here we go again.
Will send off a 'sold in dispute' template.
3: Wescot re Natwest CC.
They reckon the original info supplied a year ago was fully compliant.....bollocks.
Just generic T&C's not even an application form and not a signature in sight.
(Deemed UE by his Nidship at the time.)
Will bang off the T&C's received template.
Cheers ,
Matty

Hi Matty
I've no knowledge at all of PPI but I'd be sending the Threat-O-Gram: Letter before action template to them.
BTW I've had one of these of them this week and one for a different account last month. I wouldn't worry about it!Let your smile change the world but don't let the world change your smile

Re: MattyA UE Diary
Update
Letter received from Moorcroft re my Halifax card.
As usual they have ignored all previous correspondence and are now threatening 'possible' legal action.
Will bang em off the 'threat of legal action' template.

Re: MattyA UE Diary
Quick update
Postman must have been saving these up for me:
Halifax Visa (UE) - Moorcroft have written to me offering with a monthly installment offer as they have not heard from me (?) and think it is because I cant afford to pay off the balance in full.
I will ignore.
M&S Money (blag) - Gothia / Red castle have written to me for the first time re this account.
Would you suggest the sold whilst in dispute letter or go straight for the threat of legal action letter?
RBS (UE) Wescot have written to me telling me that their client has complied with my CCA request and that I should now pay them in full.
They have not complied - all that they have sent is a copy of the original application form.
Will send em the 'application form received 'template.
LTSB (UE) - Robbers way have written to me informing me that they have returned my file to their client.
I wonder who picks up the baton next?
