Update 28-05-11 - Halifax Visa deemed UE
Letter received from Blair Oliver Scott - Formal notice of intended court Action - Advising me that their client has instructed them to Commence proceedings & that I must make a payment now to stop action being taken.
(They have had the sold in dispute letter previously)

Also received a letter from the Halifax themselves saying that I have had all the documents that they need to provide previously and that as far as they are concerned the account is enforceable and that further recovery action is both legal and justified.
They finish off by saying that I can contact them directly to agree a resolution .....

Any ideas which is the best way forward with this - threat of legal action template(to Blair & co)?

      Thanks in advance as ever.

I will send off the 'threat of legal action' template off to Blair & Co and see what that brings.
I will also reply to Halifax and tell them that I have already written to them last August confirming that what the sent in response to my CCA request did not comply with what I asked for.
Hopefully I am on the right track - time will tell.

                            Update
It seems as though HBOS are after me......
After recent revived interest from Halifax / Blair & Co claiming that CCA they sent last July is enforceable, even though it was a copy of my application form accompanied by T&C's (deemed UE by Nidy)
I have now heard back from WESCOTT re one of my BOS accounts, further to my claim that the account is in dispute again saying that there is no dispute & the account is enforceable as BOS sent all required info after my original request last July.
Again all they sent was a copy of my application form accompanied by T&C's (deemed UE by Niddy at that time)

I will bang em off a copy of what I replied to BOS with at the time (application form received template) and re-affirm that the account is still in dispute and will remain so until I receive the information requested.

                                Update 11-06-11
Received a yellow 'warning' card from AIC Ltd re one of my MBNA accounts, advising me that I should send payment to them immeadiately.
                                errrm....NO.
I will ignore for now as it doesnt threaten anything ,also due to the fact that 2 of my 3 MBNA accounts are subject to PPI claims which would be used in my defence / counter claim if they commence proceedings.
                                Cheers
