Morning all - hope everyone is ok and fighting the good fight!

      Update 7-4-2011.

Received a letter from DCRI options re one of my MBNA accounts(deemed UE).
They kindly offer me 3 ways of paying the account off and confirm that they will not charge interest while the account is with them.
No threats of legeal action etc so I assume I should just ignore this for now?
They have already had 'sold whilst in dispute' template.

      Cheers
      Matty

      * Edit : Forgot to add that they finished their letter saying my account manager is awaiting my call........could be a while then.

          Update 8/4/2011

          Hi all,
After a quiet couple of weeks....things seem to be gathering moment again.

Letter received from Gothia / Red Castle recoveries re my Coop ac.
The letter was in response to the sold in dispute template sent in DECEMBER!
They confirm that their client gave their final response last September and that there are no outstanding disputes.
They advise that this is their final response, that there is no dispute, that the balance is due and I MUST contact them immeadiatly.
          Maybe not....me thinks.
          Will await their next move.
BTW - their letter was sent recorded.

          Cheers mi'dears

Not sure if I should delete or keep the additional paragraph with this one.
The coop have only ever sent a copy of the original (signed) application form.
They have written to me previously in response to the 'terms & conditions' template, stating that what they have sent me is a copy of the original signed application form which demonstrates that I have entered into a credit agreement with them BUT also stating that they do not have a copy of the original T&C's.
Is it worth keeping the additional paragraph in?
              Thanks,
              Matty.

Yea just keep it in there mate - does no harm! Its up to you all the templates are generic and some need amending, within reason. Too much info is never a bad thing, bearing in mind these clowns ignore most of what we say anyway!

Update 30-04-2011 - Natwest CC Deemed UE by the Boss.

Letter received from Green & Co Solicitors (dated 22/4/11 recieved today) giving me 7 days to respond.....lol.
It seems they have been instructed by Tr-it-on to commence legal proceedings - has anyone else had the same response?
I guess I send them off the 'threat of legal action ' template?....but maybe they have already started proceedings - we will see.
I have a bad feeling about this now as it is very similar to the course of action as Restons took with GM card - which is now in court.

I did too, and when I wrote back to Green & Co they very quickly closed their file and handed it back to Triton, BUT as Nid and OctoberRevolution say, we can't compare...

                              Good luck
                              Niddified and proud!

Fought and won the UE battle, thanks to Niddy and this forum...
