25p per month, ouch couldn't manage to pay them that much, after all they have been used to 11p per month for years and that sticks in my throat to give them that, lol I don't mind paying when I actually owe people (and I've the funds to do so) but when I don't actually honestly believe I owe this money then I totally begrudge giving them anything.

            Hiya

All you do is respond saying you have previously sent it and tell them to request the CCA from the client, being the client unlwfully sold the account with the CCA Request outstanding.

Many thanks, thought it would be something along those lines but wanted to double check as I've got so many things wrong in the past.

Will get it in the post to them on Monday.

                          Barclays Bank - Masterloan

Sorry, I know you have many many many of us to help and no-one expects you to remember each case individually, I have trouble enough remembering where I am up to so def don't expect you to remember.

                          Outline
They sent a copy of cca which I emailed to you, unfortunately you think it is enforceable but then wanted to know why the amount outstanding was over £16k when the loan was actually only for £10k initially.

I then did the time line and published here for your perusal.

Just incase you wanted them again, (as I don't expect you to still have them) I have emailed the copies of the letters they have sent to me again.

Hiya, ok I really think you may need to consider sorting this with Barclays once and for all - or just start to ignore them and let them ccj you, just don't respond to anything - ever? It is up to you but based on your income and past history with this, I suspect it will never go away.....

Sorry, but it is enforceable - I really would think about what you want to do and we'll make it work, whatever you decide.....

                              Re: Rainbows UE Diary

OK, let me just get this straight in my head please - and I'm going to throw a few ideas around for you to pick at too

It is enforceable but due to fall off my credit file next June (2011) if I keep blagging it till after June will they be able to show it up after that or can they still CCJ me after next June and have it show up then? I realise if I get CCJ'd before June it will be on my file until the debt is paid off (I think that's right)

The amount that is showing is £16k+ for a £10k loan, surely that shouldn't have been right even including the interest, is there a way of getting the amount reduced nearer to the £10k loan i.e. ppi reclaim or maybe even there is a way I could have claimed on the ppi to repay the loan considering my circumstances - what would ppi have covered me for. I didn't even know I had it but aparently I did.

If, I can get the loan reduced what would be a reasonable as a minimum full and final settlement - I'm so close to not having bad debts listed on my credit report I'd rather not risk another 6 years of bad marks against my name.

Quite amusing in a way that the debt that I owe the least to has chased the hardest, but I can not favour one debt over another and as I never agreed I owed this amount, whereas I knew I owed the other amounts I wasn't busting a gut to repay this early.
See how you get on with this, if necessary i'll write to them at a later date and get this sorted - it's a bloody joke and really for such a small amount the courts would take a dim view of their tactics, especially being they have spent more than the value of the debt on collection activity - its a joke and really winds me up.

Arrrragggghhhhh can't believe they have written to me yet again (I've emailed it through to you) they are totally ridiculous.

Ideally I'd like to try to get as much sorted out before I go into hospital in 2 weeks time as I'd like to be as stress free as possible obviously, but I can't see that happening as this has gone on for years.
