Hope that helps sort things, the amount of compo (£250) is about the most you can ask for - I doubt they'll pay it but i'll push for it regardless.....

Its just great to see people winning their fight against the banks. That is all we really want - and if with our help it allows you some peace and tranquility then great - we've achieved what we set out to do.

Well I'm back, phew! Wasn't quite as straight forward as it was meant to be but then again nothing I ever do ever is. They couldn't do the gastric bypass as my insides are so messed up and stuck together with lots of adhesions from previous stomach surgeries, but the surgeon was fab he did a totally new proceedure

For F**ks sake do they never give up. I got out of hospital last night, prior to going in I sent them the absolute bomb of a letter that you did for me and now they come back with the letter I have emailed to you. Is it me or are they just a total joke.

What would happen if I totally ignored them, they have already been defaulted on my credit file - years ago and it has already fallen off the file, doesn't even show as ever having been registered.

Part of my added concern at the moment is that when Dad died he left in trust some property for my brother and I, nothing exciting but now that Mum has passed away as well the trust will be given to both of us. As there are long term tenants in situ I can't do anything with the property but could a charging order be made against me in anyway. Or should I try to get all the debts that are chasing me to agree to a full & final settlement. No idea where I will get the money from to pay them but don't want to risk what Dad worked so hard for.
