I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!
If you spot any spammers, AE's, abusive or libellous posts or anything else that just doesn't feel right then please report them to me as soon as you spot them at: webmaster@all-about-debt.co.ukComment

Sadly your client is mistaken, but then again I don't really expect anything less.
I disagree with their opinion, you say they complied and I am therefore liable however I state they have not complied and thus I am not liable.
I suggest you return this back to your client or at least have them address my concerns in the documentation received so far to date.

I didnt have the time to send this , ive been out and about , but before i did , we got this on friday....
i know that when they start offering settlements etc then they are grasping at straws BUT i dont like to take things for granted......do you recommend a response ?
