sorry mate , i responded to a intended litigation letter from Moorcroft re Barclay Loan as you advised with Threat-o-Gram - Letter before Action, they wrote once in reply to say they are contacting barclays loan to determine the disputed CCA and the letter above is their response to us , after doing so...

Just a quick one , we got another yellow envelope on saturday with `possible litigation` from Moorcroft , who are harrasing us in realtion to the BarclayLoan ,they wrote to us recently to say that they are going back to the OC regards invalid CCA and would be in touch , they then came back to say please resend our written request , presumably to obtain a signature ? , which i ignored , as per your advice above , and now they have gone full circel with another threat o gram , which we have already responded to in the first place !

file or respond matey ?

Hi, don't worry too much, there seem to be quite a few yellow Moorcroft envelopes flying about just now! Niddy will answer you when he has time, think maybe they are sending them out instead of Christmas cards

Moorcroft have written in regards to the BARCLAYS LOAN to say they belive my wife might not be able to afford to pay , so are proposing an installment plan of £120 a month ,please get in touch

Just a quick update

Robinson Way , who were delaing with the Barclaycard account , have written to say (see attached)...


I am assuming that it will eventually get maybe SOLD by Bcard to the next bunch , but for now , it feels like a small victory !
