[QUOTE=in 2 deep;127165]
Re Lowells acting for Capital one, balance £123
Received a letter saying how they've tried to help but i'm choosing to ignore them so they're going to check my credit file,see whether we have a mortgage and obtain work details and decide what to do next ie court,doorstep visit. Says an amicable solution would be better for both of us as they really dont want to increase the debt or cause unnecessary stress!!They know it's embarassing and distressing so if i dont want to talk i can just fill in the DD mandateLast edited by samsmum; 15 December 2011, 15:42.

Re: New and confused
Lowells really are worried about their Christmas bonus. Obviously as invertebrates (like slugs) they are worried that come any cold weather we will be putting salt on them l l
We had two letters today admitting Barclaycard haven't found any agreements on two accounts (and they won't we already know they have nothing substantive) but to help us we can make payments via telephone.
As Lowells are parasitic debt purchasers I might be of a mind here to send them the "doorstep" letter and "threat of litigation" letter.
How do these companies survive?
regards
Garlok
