I'm not sure about querying the interest but, as it's UE, why bother?

Could the OP enforce a repayment of interest on mis-sold PPI?

Hi Pixie. Yeah you're right. Guess old habits die hard. Just feeling stressed, weepy and fragile about it all at the minute and doubting my own strength in doing this. Does the phone ever stop or do i go on a dmp for the the next 100 years just to shut them up. I know the answer really just having a tough week

Or maybe i'm just a mardy cow!!!!

No, leave it for now - as it's UE only do this if they decide on court...... you'd then need to do a full reclaim but right now, just leave it.

OK samsmum, keep your pecker up you have support here! the strength you have to see this through is not only your own it is the collective strength of everyone here.

On the phone front, we learned to have fun with them in the end and on the mobile front, best thing we did when the contracts came for renewal with Vodaphone was ditch 'em completely. Went to Morrisons and bought a couple of pay as you go basic phones, one 15 quid the other 13 quid and evry time we top up which is not often they give us another 100minutes free for the next month. We don't use them a lot and it has saved us pounds and pounds.

                        regards
                        Garlok

Thanks so much Garlok. Much as i know the supports there it's good to hear it. MRI and other tests so crappy time this week. Sure it'll be fine but bit claustra-whatsit so be glad when it's over.
Phone -wise i was thinking exactly that. Do use it a lot but only for basics so dont need an all singing all dancing phone. Long as it phones and texts and i can see the buttons a cheap one'll do fine. Might just get a PAYG sim for mine. Should last me a bit longer

Exactly our take on the phone thing as well. Just need the basics to speak and communicate.

                            regards
