You ought to add a bit regards that saying:

"The payments ought to be going to the account that I requested within the claim form, is it that difficult to go and read my claim form and check the details? For clarity, and in the hope of speedings things up please see below the CORRECT details:.... "

    Hiya

Ok so you'd respond as follows (sort of).....

I do not know if the account is live or not as I have not used it for many months if not years. However the fact remains I did not provide those details when I made my claim and due to your over zealous processing staff not doing their jobs properly, you've actually put me into an extreme financial hardship situation.

Unless this matter is addressed asap then you leave me no alternative but to report it to my local MP to highlight your shortcomings.

I never received any payment because you paid it into the wrong account. The underlying principle here is YOU made the error therefore you simply recall the funds from the bank and if you can't then that is your own fault. I provided correct details on my claim, did the processors use those details or did they cut corners?

No I do not have access to that account or any funds you believe you paid into it. It is an old account that is not used by me and I do not have a card or any records pertaining to that account. If I did do you think I would be complaining like this?

    I await my payment asap.
