          Thanks I2D.

I think I should check last night's lottery ticket at this rate, you never know!

Quick question: when sending CCA's off to Niddy for checking do you blank out all the personal details first?

                Re: Oldy's UE Diary

Thanks Flower, yeah I realise that now. Back when I started my DMP I didn't have a clue about UE or SB. But, 2 years and a snotty DCA later, I started to learn. Not fast enough though. I felt a sense of honour to pay off what I owed no matter how slowly, and only used UE to get them off my back.

Still, at least the default should fall off my CF next year.....

4/11/1 Received letter from them saying that before they can process my request I need to provide proof of signature, as the one I provided does not match the one on their records. (I'd signed it with my template signature which I made up to avoid the refusal due to lack of signature!)
5/11/11 Sent off 'Sig not required' letter.
18/11/11 Received letter saying my complaint is being dealt with. Presume this in response to my 'sig not required' letter.
Updated. Still, no CCA received, so no comment. They're now well in default of my request. If they still bang on about needing my sig or proof of ID, I think I'll draft a letter of my own and be very blunt about why I'm not giving them one.

01/12/11 Received letter asking for prof of sig again!
03/12/11 Sent off CCA request again this time with no sig.
10/12/11 Received letter from Crapquest who are now 'managing' this account.
Updated. I'll send off the template letter. I don't care what they want they're stalling and I'm not giving them my sig! I might send a letter saying that I'd love to discuss this with them and a DJ.

Unrelated question: Anyone know if you can dispute and have removed overdraft charges?

Send off a copy of the cca request you originally sent and just say "see attached, I am still waiting".....
