          Thanks evenless!

I know BR can be the big self-destruct button and I shall see what happens here first. What I'm doing though is making enquiries with a charity who, it appears so far, will pay the fee for me if I decide to do it.

I used to be a boy scout years ago so I'm just being prepared!

4/11/1 Received letter from them saying that before they can process my request I need to provide proof of signature, as the one I provided does not match the one on their records. (I'd signed it with my template signature which I made up to avoid the refusal due to lack of signature!)

Thanks for the advice on your PM Niddy, I'll send that off.

Scanned and sent off in the secure section Niddy. If they're not readable can you give me any pointers?

I've just filed this away complete with envelope as advised on here. Never used to keep the envelopes before......

I think I might need a bigger filing system soon!

Looks enforceable so if you could email that'd be great..... just to make sure as I cannot really read the uploads that greatly....

                      Re: Oldy's UE Diary

Just to say I've had cause to deal with M&S Money this afternoon and they were absolute pigs.

Something which should have occupied 10 minutes of time took about an hour and a half, and it took threats of legal action with me telling them the relevant legislation before they even became remotely helpful.

I don't know if this is typical of them, but they were certainly somewhat obstreperous this afternoon.

They have also been real pains at phoning to demand money, including at work and sneding written demands via post several times a week. Not a nice bunch IMO! Got them sorted though! ;_)

Hi Niddy, Ive emailed the paperwork as you've asked.

                          Hope thats better.

If you make any progress with the original T&Cs could you please send me a clearer copy back as I can't read the page they sent at all.

Hi Niddy, don't want to push but have you managed to look at the M+S CCA I emailed you a couple of days ago?

Ah, ok, thanks Garlok. My usual fear with emails is that they might not get received in the first place. That's really why I asked.

I've also received another one today so before I emailed that one I was trying to find out if he'd received the first.

I don't want to be sending stuff like that off only to see it disappear into cyberspace never to be found or, worse, into a stranger's inbox!
