I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!
If you spot any spammers, AE's, abusive or libellous posts or anything else that just doesn't feel right then please report them to me as soon as you spot them at: webmaster@all-about-debt.co.ukComment

If it is then obviously I would stop paying, it were me cca they sent me, and do you want me to send you my northern rock cca that is a copy of the original I got when I had the loan in 2004.

CCA Reminder - Unenforceability Threat letter on both accounts has they have gone over the 12+2 days and all they sent me was a letter saying will send one soon or should I just wait.

Sorry that's all I got in 2004 when I originaly had the loan, I have not sent off for a cca off them yet just thought I would check if it's worth sending off for one if they are only gonna send the same one back to me.Originally posted by Never-In-Doubt View Post

So now it all starts, cap 1 have sent me an cca and then they let loose the hounds, just got a letter off capquest, our client cap 1 have asked us to manage your account in all matters relating to collection i.e doorstep collection or possible litigation and so on.
do I send them anything or just ignore for now.Comment
