Read your entire diary MGS and Christ ,you must get fecked off with the whole damn thing.If these issues were ever shown in Court the Judge would blow his bloody wig,as its for sure they never get to know this kind of shyte is going on.Round and round the letters go from one DCA to another.It's a pity they don't just disappear up their own orifice!
I congratulate you on your tenacity and the Niddy team backup. All of us in the Diary mode will be/are following the same process.We are here for the long stay as well.

Thank you Greymatter. I have to say, if it wasn't for Niddy, this site and everyone on here, we would be in a very different place right now. It's been a lifesaver.
I've got used to batting away the DCAs, and just hope that eventually they will go away (I know they won't but hey a girl can dream).
It's been a learning curve, and a very steep one at that, but we feel like we have regained control and a way forward.

Well, not been on here for a while (trying to forget about this stuff just doesn't work - just found some post which got put to one side, ooops

Lucas Credit Services (MBNA). Usual stuff and actually fairly polite. Sending Account Sold if I haven't already done so.

Santander (overdraft). Woudl I like to increase my monthly payments? (No, so I'm not responding. Nearly all of it relates to charges anyway).

I knew it was too soon to breathe a sigh of relief. They are at it again..

Letter from Lucas enclosing my MBNA Agreement as requested(!). I hadn't actually asked them for it as I already have it. Niddy has previously declared this UE. I presume I just ignore or do I send them a letter. (They are acting for Hillesdens who bought it from MBNA).

Have also received Notice of Sums in Arrears from DLC which is just another name for Hillesdens, no response required.

if it is then I'd repeat whatever letter you sent to MBNA
if it's different (now that would be interesting), I'd pop over to Nids for a look

Goodness, it is quite a while since I've been on here.
Must admit, since I've staved off the constant barrage of letters and calls, I've been trying to get on with normal life. (Well, as normal as I can ever achieve). I was expecting oodles of post come the new year, but so far so quiet. Power to Niddy, Paul and everyone here, life is just so different to 3 years ago when this kicked off. I am still no millionaire, but I have my life back

Just a couple to report: CoOp has assigned debt to Lowells. Ref MBNA I never did respond to Lucas but they didn't come back to me so I've left it.

Lowells still ring my phone and i have a call blocker, so all they hear is the phone disconnecting but even that doesnt get the message through!!!

Well, not been on here for ages. The usual post has continued, phone calls have stopped and I've pretty much ignored everythign and got on with life and tried to forget all thi as and get back on a more even keel. So as you can imagine I was a bit shocked (shouldn't have been, really) to get a letter from the Court today.. It's for the Co-Op debt, which surprises me particularly as that's for a card from 1987 or so, and Co-Op never (of course) could answer my CCA request. Things have changed on the forum so I'll investigate what to do now and what section to use for this. Oh well s**t happens, and I suppose it was too good to be true that this wouldn't happen, I'm just gobsmacked that they are trying it with that particular card....

I really ought to update this... In short, the claim that was brought against me by Lowell Financial relating to an old CoOperative Bank card debt they had bought... was discontinued a week before the trial.

The solicitors acting for Lowell failed to send me any documents referred to in the claim, and never sent any paperwork they wanted to present at trial... basically they didn't have anything, and were bluffing, hoping I owuld cave in and offer a settlement.
