on the NatWest front, RMA have finally stopped pestering me on the phone and I've got a letter from NCO saying they are looking into my complaint.

Shall I open a sweepstake on how many days before RMA starts their barrage of phone calls again? I can't see it being much of a respite...

Well I'm surprised, on the NatPest front, NCO have written back advising that they are removing my telephone number from their system (although they don't agree that they've been harrassing me) and as their client has satisfied my CCA request [Oh No They Haven't!] this is their final response. Suits me. Somehow I don't think it's long before I'll be hearing from them again though....

Letter from Hillesdens re MBNA. I had sent Copy Document Supplied letter as what they had sent me was my app form with Ts and Cs that must be recons.
They are arguing that "the document send clearly states that it is a Credit Agreement..." and "we are happy with this document is fully compliant and that you woudl have understood your obligations under this agreement". They are ignoring that the Ts and Cs are reconstituted and aren't from when I would have signed...
Not sure what to send now, if anything. Do you need the letter, Niddy?...


... and Fredericksons have written (Crappy One) telling me all the costs that MAY be added if they decide on litigation (yawn). They are still phoning so I'm sending the next harrassment letter to them...

On the Co-Op front (can't find Agreement and have admitted this) letter today from Nelson Guest & Partners solicitors (sure I've heard from them before, must have a rummage). They are just Westcott under another name.

So I'll be sending an Account Sold attaching a copy of Westcott's letter confirming they can't find the Agreement... MUPPETS!

Edit... looked back and Niddy advised to send the NEW CCA Query - Letter Previously Confirming No CCA so will do!

Exactly, photocopy the letter confirming there's no agreement and highlight the relevant text (so the muppets don't miss it) and then attach to this: ---> CCA Query - Letter Previously Confirming No CCA

Letter done and posted. Felt good. Particularly highlighting the bit on Westcot's letter. Honestly do they think people are stupid Westcot wrote saying the agreement can't be found. Then their own solicitor writes saying pay up. In the words of Mr Simpson, D'oh. ....

CrappyOne (Niddy deemed UE) - was being pestered by Fredericksons, have just received a letter from CrappyOne themselves advising they have taken the account back. I shoudl pay blah blah blah.
