    So another letter from Westcot dated 1 day after the 'Send your CCA request to Mint,' letter. This one placing the account on hold while they investigate the query raised...

    This lot have gotta be the most incompetent bunch of i have dealt with...

    One liner on it's way plus copies of the original cca request & the above template letter so they can re-read them! Perhaps they'll actually understand it this time!

    Aktiv Kapital have sent 10 years worth of statements plus another copy of the CCA. That's the third i've had...

    Letter today from Mint, they are referring the account to Wescot as a suitable repayment plan hasn't been arranged.
