So another letter from Westcot dated 1 day after the 'Send your CCA request to Mint,' letter. This one placing the account on hold while they investigate the query raised...

This lot have gotta be the most incompetent bunch of i have dealt with...

So... 6 weeks after the promised letter Wescot have been in touch re Mint. Usual bull pay in full or contact us, failure to do so will result in further action. Will send them this--> Our Templates | Unenforceability Templates | Account Sold whilst in Dispute

Letter from Westcot, 'Please sent your CCA request to Mint, enclosing the £1 fee...'

Eh, wtf?! Do these dumbfucks read or check anything properly?

One liner on it's way plus copies of the original cca request & the above template letter so they can re-read them! Perhaps they'll actually understand it this time!

Letter today from Mint, they are referring the account to Wescot as a suitable repayment plan hasn't been arranged.

I look forward to not arranging one with Wescot too...

I can't believe anyone believed swanny was gonna make an offer - there's more chance of Elvis having a picnic with Jacko on the moon than swanny making any offer to any bank or dca

And guess what?! Letter from Aktiv Kapital offering me the chance to pay the o/b at a reduced sum of £7,351.52 in 3 small monthly payments...!

Experto and varde have had enough of niddys' letters, account sold to Aktiv capital. I'm to contact them now to claer this oustanding amount.

Sooo if Varde bought it for xx pence in the pound from MBNA, will Aktiv have bought it for xx pence in the £ that was paid by Varde? If they pay less than the amount Varde paid this could bring the eventual total down significantly if you ever decided to do a f&f

Glad Varde do give up sometimes though, the letters are obviously working nicely

I suspect that Aktiv Krapital may not know they've got a live one here - they usually only buy duds.
