You are under no obligation to provide them with the name and address of your employer, nor your salary details.
They would be soon on the phone harrassing you at work were you to provide this information!
Point 2 - Your full residential address to serve summons? What address are they frigging writing to you at then?!!!!!!!
Nasty legalese letter of intimidation. Report their sorry arse to the OFT.
