A pre-litigation report - OOOOOOOOOOOOOh!Originally posted by swanfan View PostAnother letter from RMA:-

"Unless we agree suitable payment terms with you we may proceed to complete a pre-litigation report in which the following information must be supplied in writing by you:-

 1. The full name and address of your employer, together with your annual salary.
 2. Your full residental address upon which a court summons may be served.

We may begin legal proceedings against you as our attempts at a voluntary solution have failed."

What a bunch of losers. So lets tackle point 1:

You are under no obligation to provide them with the name and address of your employer, nor your salary details.

They would be soon on the phone harrassing you at work were you to provide this information!

Point 2 - Your full residential address to serve summons? What address are they frigging writing to you at then?!!!!!!!

Nasty legalese letter of intimidation. Report their sorry arse to the OFT.

 Best

 SnV
