Like the emoticon! Will not respond, but also it appears they have accepted they can't enforce it and vide Carey lines encouraging me to take it to court! I expected them to be more threatening. What would you say?

                          Re: Adler's UE Diary

Regards to your emails - see below:

Egg - just continue to ignore for the moment.

AA - this is enforceable as all the PT's are on the signatory page - you say you only had a couple of payments to make, couldn't you negotiate this for a F&F to clear it...? What is the balance, approximately?

Mint - This basically states they will not discuss this with you (their final response) and the second letter pretty much says they have removed your number, and will stop calling you. No action is required.

                          * Please try and offer an update to each account on your diary, emailing me the details is all good and well, but people on here will be confused as to what is happening so please try and update the forum and simply email me the agreement with a one liner saying - this is what Egg sent me! Remember I look for updates on here, if you email me and don't post on here that you've emailed I will delete the email (to keep things fair I do that for all unknown emails cos I do get a lot). Thanks ;-y

AA:balance is approximately 1200, so I can probably push myself to clear it.
Mint: i have now had correspondence from a "customer contact company" trying to contact me to connect me back to RBS(emailed you a copy)-by phone or visit my address!

Nothing! File it with the HBOS stuff and do nothing, it's simply a default notice! ;LOL
