Send Geoffrey Parker Bourne (GpB) a copy of the letter you sent iQor with a cover note saying back off, this is in dispute and any action you take will result in a counterclaim being made....

Actually there has been a twist now, Iqor have just sent me a copy of the agreement(how on earth did they manage!) which could be enforceable!(niddy emailed you a copy)
I am panicking a bit!
Also westcot have sent me a final reminder, (emailed again), but I guess this is prior to receiving my response, so happy to wait.

Hiya

I'm confused with all the emails and have had some issues with duplicates coming through - please send me one email with everything attached to the address shown above - then i'll look at it tonight and respond accordingly, obviously I need to check the CCA they have sent, chances are it's a recon - but I also need any terms they sent with it, if none came then please clarify this - however I need to see the cover letter, cca and terms.... Attach all to one email please

Can you confirm is iQor, GPB and Wescott all dealing with this account? I'm confused why you mentioned wecott in your last post...?

Sorry for confusing you. Its only Iqor and GpB who are dealing with the HBOS account.This was initially CCA'd June2010.They replied after a month with some terms and conditions.This was UE according to Niddy. Then there was the usual sequence of default,telephones, threat of taking to court which was dealt approprately with template letters.Now the account is with Iqor.They have been sending me statements etcbut now they have sent me the latest copy of agreement. I will email you with original CCA,latest one and terms and cond first page if that's ok.LEave the westcot aside, that's for Mint account which I will discuss once this is sorted.

Ok, look more closely at their recon terms and their now claim of an original - what do you notice? At first glance you may think they are the same, however.....

Oh Niddy you are such a genius,that's wicked!Would never have thought these guys can be such crooked! This is bril,will post the reply straightaway. I did have an AA card which you said was enforceable, probably they would have copied and recon stuff from there!

Will just give you an update on my MINT account:

MINT(CCA'd June10,£10000). Probably enforceable, blagged anyway.
Mint never pressed hard, probably they think UE!
Then received offer from Nelson solicitors (after a long haggle fromTry it on and some solicitors called GReen)
All dealt with appropriate letters following advise from forum.
Now it seems that RBS Mint has sold account to Westcot- they sent "notice of debt collection" and other such letters. Following further demands I sent them- "Account sold - whilst in Default of CCA Request"
Now they have responded with a letter saying that I need to write to RBSG Insolvency and CLient support( emailed to agreements Niddy) and they will put a hold on account for a month!
So why should I write to them?

That's just RBS (Group) collections in southend isn't it?
