Is this the same one that you mentioned IQor above? Please clarify - doing 3 updated on one account before I reply, means you edit the original post to make life easier.... cheers

Apologies for that.MBNA have not referred to anybody yet.Just declared the default!

Ok, so do as already advised with IQor etc.... ignore the mbna comment (sorry to confuse)...

The fact they defaulted you, means little really - just leave it as is (ie. continue to ignore them)

Further updates on EGG: They have now passed on the 2 card accounts it seems to Clarity who have sent an "stop Action Letter"(emailed Niddy). So just reply with usual?

Further update on RBS Mint: (CCA'd last August, we thought probbaly UE but still blagged, Mint never pressed hard, probably they think UE!) Now received offer from Nelson solicitors (after a long haggle fromTry it on and some solicitors called GReen). So similar reply as I sent earlier?
                  Thanks for your advice.

I realise you haven't managed to get your head around but had further correspondence on one of the above. It seems that RBS Mint has sold account to Westcot and they have sent "notice of debt collection"!(emailed niddy copy)

HBOS also seems to have sold accounts to RobWay and Iqor, so had maishots from both basically demanding payments, similar requests different wordings in different letters!(also emailed Niddy)

                            Hiya

I've received an email from you with three letters attached (in a zip): I presume you need to know how to respond to each? Ok, see below...
HBOS - iQor ---> I know GPB said to contact iQor direct but you ought to send this to iQor with a copy being sent to GPB ---> Threat by Lender/D.C.A - To commence litigation

MINT - Wescot ---> Send this to Wescot ---> Account sold - whilst in Default of CCA Request

HBOS - Rob Way ---> Send this to Robinson Way ---> Account sold - whilst in Default of CCA Request

Thanks a million.I have done as you said but also had a letter "legal action pending" from GPB (HBOS - iQor ), so I suspect they might have crossed in post. Shall I write to them directly this time(had copied earlier as you advised). Also emailed copy.

Send Geoffrey Parker Bourne (GpB) a copy of the letter you sent iQor with a cover note saying back off, this is in dispute and any action you take will result in a counterclaim being made....
