Hi Mrs D. How are you? Yes because I didn't really want to pester you with the usual boring letters I get which even someone like me can handle! However had a CCJ on one account(sadly it was UE as well!!)as I didn't attend the court hearing for unavoidable circumstances.....
I think they defaulted me in Jan 11, so still a few months to go. But according to credit files its April, so don't know which one to go by? thanks again for your input.

it's not been sold on, it still belong's to Arrow but they have some minions who are going to do all the endless phoning and letter writing for them

just wait and see what comes next, but post it up, need to keep an eye on this one

Update on developments, as expected had further correspondence. So debt maangers have now written to say that "your account now qualifies for a significant discount which if you are in a position to take advantage of this offer would be acceptable in full and final settlement".
Next course of action-advise please. Is it "account sold under dispute" or something else?

Many thanks dears. I would agree filing would be a good option but in balance I think its better to send the SWID letter. The reason being on 2 occasions I have had them win CCJ's in my absence. At least the letter is a deterrent and they are obliged(?I maybe wrong)to reply back which delays things further. Mind you this is probably enforceable and the SB is January 2017.

CCA'd:
1.HSBC(May 10,£11000)- Nid agrees laughable agreement, definitely UE. Has replied, which I have emailed Niddy separately.
2.MINT(June10,£10000). Probably enforceable, blagged anyway. Replied couple of days back again emailed you Nid, please for comments as to next steps.
3.HBOS-(2 cards, June 10, £13000 total)-not replied with any answers , so kept quiet.Probably UE according to NID
4.MBNA( Last week, £12000): not heard yet
5. EGG(2 cards, June 10, £9000): Though NIddy doesn't get involved, we discussed and concurred that blagging is the best way forward. ("Preapproved")
6.AA(HBOS)July 10: Probably enforceable, again advise was to blag, about to send letter.

Hi everyone,
Just an update on the long journey that began more than 7 years back. All the above accounts led to a massive debt and sleepless nights. Thanks to NID and everybody else here that have been such a help and a rock to me, most of the accounts have now achieved SB state and have been removed from my file
HSBC, MINT, MBNA, EGG (x2), HBOS (x1) all successfully blagged and blagged and finally removed. One CCJ in a HBOS card, more because they managed to sneak in a court hearing without me being aware because of house move. One CCJ which they initially got in my absence again, which I contested and then successfully won and reverted.

So to all of you big thanks again and also for the ones who are fighting against these pests, this is the place to be if you need any help and support.

That is so nice to read Adler and an inspiration to all those still on the journey......Its great to see that things have changed so dramatically from those early dark days we all know all too well
