They are simply saying they will send someone round, so reply with this: ---> viewtopic.php?p=182#p182

      Hiya,
      Further updates:
HBOS/Halifax: They have sent default notices on both accounts(have emailed you copy Nid). Also sent another letter stating that they have transferred to another collecting agency and terminated contract with me.
HSBC:have sent a final demand notice(copy to Niddy)
Mint: Not heard since my threat of doorstep visit reply.
MBNA:: Keep on phoning me since I have stopped payments and blagged them about agreement not enforceable(though it might )
EGG:I know you don't get involved but this is their final response(ie on approved limit etc) but don't see why I can't ignore and do nothing with their reply.
Grateful for advice and next course of action
      y

              Brilliant
Now have had a letter from a CCA(Capital Credit Agecies!) on behalf of EGG suggesting that they would refer to their specialist agents to discuss!(Niddy have emailed you a copy!)I guess the same answer as to Albion? This is after their relentless unsuccessful attempts at phoning me despite upholding my complaint to them re not phoning. Phoning has stopped now though.
HBOS have sent a card re one of their Agents wanting to visit me on 20th Dec. So respond by Threat of doorstep visit template?

Yes to each point above - you're spot on with the templates to send. On iPhone so can't do proper replies with links.

                      MBNA story so far:
CCA'd Aug, £12000: Probably enforceable agreement sent back but blagged as discussed in this forum.
Kept on phoning me since I have stopped payments and blagged them about agreement not enforceable(though it might )
responded with this- telephone harassment template.
Now I have had a stroppy letter threatening court action(Niddy, have emailed copy)
                      What to do next?

Hiya, ok it may be an idea to send the following off and see what they come back with! ---> viewtopic.php?p=2319#p2319

How far are you willing to go with this, ie would you back down and agree to repayments upon a court claim or would you not bother about a CCJ too much? A CCJ isn't the end of the world, of course....

Thnaks Niddy.I will send the letter and see what the response is.
What are the implications of CCJ? I wouldn't mind keep on blagging, they have increased interest rate to 35% which is impossible to repay!

Its not so much the implications but I am meaning if they go to court then its already too late really to haggle as such.... You need to let me know exactly where you want to bail, if at all?

                            read this about CCJ's: ---> http://www.trustonline.org.uk/understan ... -are-they/

Excellent website, a lot of hard work put in and what a lovely outcome.Well done Nid and team

Thanks Niddy. You are the expert but don't you think that they will give me further threats and warnings before actually going to court?
As far as I am concerned in this case it would only be possible to repay if the agreement is payment over a considerable length of time by instalments. However it wil be tricky if they want to include interest as well, because that would be prohibitive.
So what would you suggest I do.
                              hmm
PS: I have emailed you their latest letters which looks much more benign than the previous! They have also sent an expenses form as well.So what next?

I have also emailed a letter from Triton on behalf of RBS. We initially thought if you remember that this is probably enforceable but the final reply was not suggestive! So I guess its still worth haggling and sending the account back to RBS?
                                Cheers
