a couple of love letters from BC selling us on to marlin

will keep an eye on these, as Marlin are not known for their kind and loving approach.............

will send off sold in disputes when they make contact

would like to send an invoice for time as it took me ages to work out what the hell they were talking about with all this number swopping

    LLoyds shyte

Mr D's sent to Robertson Way/sent sold in dispute/they sent it back to Lloyds who have sent us another copy of the application form and amazingly apparently there were some prescribed terms on the back of this form although they are yet to produce these.

Will be popping off the the no prescribed terms or may refer them to my letter of August 2010 telling them exactly that.

Mrs D's Lloyds has now been sent to the persistant buggers at CSL, will be popping off a sold in dispute.

well that was a long peaceful period.............diary was on page 10 or something

    the old favourites

    MBNA - Mr D
    MBNA - Mrs D

both definitely UE, both have letters from MBNA admitting UE
    both sold to Arrow
both chased by Drydenfairfax solicitors in January threatening hell and damnation
    both sent sold in dispute
two letters (one each) to-day saying that Drydensfairfax have been instructed to return to Arrow
guess another bus will be along soon.......

    Mr D's Lloyds UE
been chased for some time by CSL demanding we prove to them it's UE
    (bugger off)
letter from CSL to-day saying if we don't pay in 7 days (aye right) they'll return to their client with a recommendation for court.
Sounds like a last ditch attempt to get us to pay to me, may send them the refusal to accept UE or a one liner referring them to my last six letters, any thoughts?

they are about the 3/4th DCA on this
    sent sold in dispute
they sent back a strangely worded letter wanting us to confirm that we acknowledge the account (aye right)
sent back missing prescribed terms which it was
to-day a cheeky letter asking us again to confirm that he acknowledges the debt, took the money etc
    so what now???

Does anyone think its time for a CPUTR(2008) or something else??
    Hi,
Had the same worded letter last week I wont be admitting anything either.
    Good Luck
