    * word of caution, don't be too gobby cos a judge would award against you if he felt you were being arrogant and/or cocky. I do it cos I am not the debtor, ie in my case, but thats not to say it's acceptable for everyone.

Please bear that in mind. Cheek can and will go against you if it ever ends up in court! remain factual, to the point and not personal

the eejits at MBNA have sent MrD's totally UE CC (even got a lovely letter confirming this) to Westcot, this is around the fourth or fifth mob for this one.
Have sent off a sold in dispute enclosing a copy of MBNAs letters admitting no CCA.

MBNA have also sent my Virgin CC to Westcot, sold in dispute off to them, 3rd DCA for this one.

A really rude and obnoxious letter from some team of twats from Woking, SRJ for my Amex, which I also have a letter admitting no CCA available. So a wee missive off to them pointing out their stupidity, enclosing necessary copy of letter admitting no CCA. I did combine a bit of harassment into this as they were so bloody obnoxious and (sorry Niddy) felt it necessary to use my BIG PINK MARKER, as they too appear to have trouble reading..................

Loving the new marker tactic -

    MrD's Lloyds UE
Its been through quite a few DCAs and was sent to Debt Managers Ltd last month.
    sent off sold in dispute
got a very polite letter back saying they didn't know and will go back to Lloyds
another letter received on Saturday, telling me that Lloyds says that my previous letter (account sold in dispute) does not relate to Mr D's lloyds account and I have to send them a letter explaining why its in dispute?????
Want to be careful here cos don't want to freebase away and admit the debt,
    suggestions peeps???
Just ignore for now and see what they do next

yup sent the letter, just added a paragraph at the beginning, pointing out I had written three times to their so called colleagues at Moorcroft and would they read the letter I was sending them. also added a wee line at end telling them I would only deal in writing and didn't wish to make any appointments to see anyone. Then I went over with a nice pink marker and hightlighted a few salient points, have done this before.
