    Re: Chaplins diary

    Hi Chaplin,
I'm here if you need me, just shout
Have all the creditors frozen interest?

One thing which springs to mind, is it possible for you to open a parachute account to have your wife's tax credits paid in?
If they've been using right of set off on the joint account I'd be dumping that and start afresh with a new simple bank account for her at an unrelated bank, and keep your incomes separate.

Hi nana, thank you for asking.
im doing ok, just got a letter to say Capquest have taken over one of my Arrow accounts!
They say in there letter to ignore the previous letter as it implied I had more to pay.....( never had a previous letter)

ive still been paying the £5 a month to each account, think it goes through Fredericken international (previous caretakers of the debt) and on to Arrow, kept receipts just in case.

it doesn't ask for money as yet, so may write and ask if they want the £5 a month, once Arrow confirm they've taken over running of the account that is.
Arrow global have bought out Capquest last year I think)
Not heard about the other account with Arrow as yet. The saga goes on.

Hiya ,sounds like an introductory letter .Maybe best not to write asking anything IMO wait for Capquest to write to you. That's what I think someone may suggest differently. xxxx

              Hi thx for asking.

Capquest sent some letters that they said they'd already sent but hadn't. I'm still paying £5 a month to them, well Arrow via Frederikson payment card.
Westcot taken over the other acc on behalf of Arrow, they send me threatening letters now and then.
Got my GP to write a quick one sentence stating this man suffers from depression.... Scanned and emailed to both Capquest and Westcot who have informed Arrow. Capquest won't reply to an email due to data protection, Westcot tell me there life story and mine via email, lol

I Have also written to both stating they are harassing me with letters saying I haven't paid one month which I had, told them I'd report them, feck em I've nothing to lose really.

on a positive note I got my child into a secondary school that has the specialist help she needs to am pretty chuffed. That's after she didn't get in originally but fought and won!

              cheers guys

I need to digest what you've said and read back through your diary but my instant reaction is for me to have a word with one of our team who specializes in helping "debtors" (I so hate that word) with depression and other mental health issues.

if you are paying the £5.00 and it was agreed, I would just ignore this, sounds like a hopeful mailshot that loads of payers will have received.
