    05/03/13 - Just realised wrong account typed in original letter. Will Send in another asap for CCA and SAR request

    07/03/13 - Reduced payment £1

    11/03/13 - Received a reconstituted CCA from HBOS to comply with S78. Will send me original later on. Will pass onto Niddy .

    27/03/13 - Recieved Original CCA from Intell finance sent to Niddy for examination

    13/05/13 - Sent off missing P&T's

    17/05/13 - Letter from RobbingScum - Withg effect from 8th May your account will no longer be managed by Horwich Farrelly. All future correspondence sent to you will now be directly from Robinson Way Ltd

    22/05/13 - Letter sent from robinson scum. "We agreed and affordable payment with your money advisor, but have not received the agreed repayments.

    10/07/13 - As We have been unable to contact you via any other way, we may now arrange for a doorstep Collection agent to call at your address to agree an affordable payment plan for you. to avoid the matter being esclated to next stage of collection please contact our office.

    11/9/13 - Letter received from Halifax. debt has been passed onto Apex Credit MGT.

    11/9/13 - Letter received from Apex Credit MGT. Letter instructing me that they have taken over.

    25/09/13 - Letter received from Apex Mgt. We are disappointed that despite our efforts to contact you regarding your debt with HBOS Group. We now believe you are simply avoiding paying your debt and must therefore act in the best interests of our client. We utilise external data sources to profile our accounts carefully and believe that you have the ability to make payments on this debt. Consequently your account will be passed to our internal litigation team in order to consider best course of action. this may include legal action to obtain a county court judgement which we may then seek to enforce by way of charging order or attachment to earnings application.
    Hi Guys,
    Does this look like a threatogram. little concerned at which external sources they use to gain data on earnings. Your help always appreciated.

    Hi Niddy,
    Sorry for confusing again :-) Intel Finance sent the copy of agreement few months back. Why do you think cabot can't get their hands on agreement? Intel finance not given them it or they lost the original? happy anyhow if it stays this way

    Ok read the paragraph under header "Your Account" within the Cabot letter. They confirm it is UE. So just sit back & smile at that one. It'll remain UE until they send an agreement.

    See confused already. The PDF. Did Cabot send the agreement you attached or not?

    As I say keep it simple. The agreement is irrelevant if Cabot never sent it.

    Yeah ofc will send now to you. Intelligent finance did send me a copy of the orig agreement. Maybe they have lost original who knows. Will send you a copy of agreement as well.

    Just send normal post but get proof of delivery - it's free. Plus it means you don't put your address on the envelope.

    No big problem but try and stop being quite so forthcoming. Get proof you sent something and let it go astray. Not your problem. You have proof you replied.

    02/03/13 - recieved correspondence from niddy saying CCA are unforceable AT the moment. Need to send a letter asking for prescribed T&C's

    05/03/13 - Sent off letter stating missing Pres T&C's

    07/03/13 - Stopped payment

    09/03/13 - Recieved letter from EOS stating account is in default. Contact us asap to bring acct upto date.

    09/03/13 - Sent letter stating my CCA request from 21/01/13 has not been fulfilled by OC too EOS Solutions. Have attached a copy of original letter.

    13/04/13 - Letter from EOS Solutions. We have forwarded a copy of your correspondence to Cabottom. account has been placed on hold until then. sit and wait.

    19/08/13 - Letter from Cabottom finance. We would like to inform you that the Cabottom Credit Managment Group have now recalled your account from EOS Solutions UK Plc. We offer a choice of payment methods.

    11/9/13 - Letter from Cabot financial. Your request for information under the CCA. Unfortunately cabot has not been able to provide you with the requested information within the relevant time period. we shall continue to request the information from the lender. Your credit agreement is currently unenforceable, which means we are not permitted to obtain a judgement or decree against you in court. However you are obliged to repay the outstanding balance.
    Hi Guys,
    Just been updating my letters received. Got a letter from Cabot Financial stating that they cannot get the CCA of BoS. Does this mean that BoS have lost the CCA or they arent giving it to Cabot. Your help appreciated as always.

    I never put an address on the back, so if they receive it they have to have signed for it. just me

    Hi Adinuff, did you put your address on the back of the envelope? if not how did they know where to return the letter? may be you need to ask the post office why it was returned?
