Yes, I have searched on Google but very confusing because I found reports saying Intrum have acquired loan servicing platforms Capquest and Mars from Arrow Global. But my creditor is/was Arrow Global and as Intrum have not acquired Arrow Global completely how come Capquest are saying Intrum now own my account as Capquest would only be administrator of my agreement when they were acquired by Intrum. Plus Capquest are still using Arrow Global letter templates.
I obviously need to know who owns this account now.

Hello,
Re The AA Loan
June 2023 to August 2024 Received numerous telephone calls (I never answer) and texts from Link.
September 2024 Received letter from Link now saying Intrum sold account to LC Asset 2 S.a r.l in January 2023 (Link’s previous letter said the account was previously owned by LC Asset 2 S.a r.l and is being serviced by Link Financial Outsourcing Ltd.). Link goes on to say the account will be passed to Kearns Solicitors in two weeks for legal process to commence if I do not contact them.
**** Already had a letter from Wescot in July 2022 in reply to my CCA request saying Intrum have advised they are unable to obtain statements or copy of agreement for this account and they have also withdrawn account from Wescot. So how can Kearns proceed with legal process with no agreement? ****
Do I need to send a CCA request this time to Link or LC Asset 2 S.a r.l or do I wait for Kearns letter and send CCA request to them or perhaps just a letter saying Intrum could not produce an agreement or indeed any paperwork whatsoever.
Thank you

Hello,
Regarding post above I have not received anything from Kearns Solicitors but Link are trying to contact me still.
Shall I send a CCA request now to Link or do I wait for Kearns letter and send CCA request to them?
Or should I contact JCS Solicitors?
Thank you.

Hi gameplan,
I have a very similar situation, an old Halifax credit card that was with Intrum and sold to LC Asset 2 Sarl in Jan 2023.
I haven’t engaged with Link and received a letter a few weeks ago about them passing it on to Kearns.
i sent a CCA request by post to LC Asset 2 SARL in Luxembourg and I CC’d Link and Kearns. I’ve had a letter back from Link to say the original creditor can’t produce the documents within 12 days and so the debt is currently unenforceable.
I had previously sent a CCA request to Intrum in 2021, they sent some stuff back, Niddy reviewed and considered the debt unenforceable.
I didn’t want to wait for a nasty letter or escalation from Kearns and I didn’t hear back from anyone on here so I just sent the CCA again. Hoping that the docs have been destroyed since the debt has been sold on!
Did you send a CCA since your last post on here?

Hello ohmygosh,
Thank you for your reply.
You are correct we are in a very similar situation. When in 2022 I sent a CCA to Intrum and Wescot I only received a letter back from Wescot stating Intrum have advised they are unable to obtain statements or copy of agreement for this account and they have also withdrawn account from Wescot so I received no documents at all.
Obviously LC Asset and Link who now have this account will not have been told any of that.
I have not sent a CCA yet but Link tried to make contact with me again last week by phone and text but nothing from Kearns Solicitors yet therefore after reading your post I think my course of action should be to send the AAD CCA letter to Link.
Hello Night Monkey
As stated above to ohmygosh I sent my original CCA to Intrum and Wescot in 2022 but LC Asset and Link who now have this account will not have been told any of that.
Therefore as Link tried to make contact with me again last week by phone and text but nothing from Kearns Solicitors yet I think my course of action should be to send the AAD CCA letter to Link.
