      Re: Missy's Diary

      Hiya,
Thanks for replies (sorry for being slow to reply to you - moving at the moment).
Soon as I defaulted Blair Oliver have dealt with the account.
I don't have any hbos related accounts - I only use Lloyds now.
Being that this is not the first reply from them; shall I still send account in dispute? Cca request received and was kosha :-(
      Thanks and merry Christmas

I am now saving the money each month that was making little difference to the balance and not a bit of difference to my credit file as a result of finding AAD.

        Re: Missy's Diary

mm Lloyds and HBOS are now connected, I don't think they have thought of going from account to account across the divide yet but never hurts to be careful............

Did you send of the missing PRs as Niddy suggested and if you did, who did you send it to?

          Hiya,
Do you think it may be an idea to "bank" with a building society because a lot of these banks are essentially the same group, although I think Halifax is hbos too!

No haven't done missing p&t's yet. Shall I reply to bos with that? The other dilemma is my address has now changed.
          Cheers!

            Re: Missy's Diary

the co-op is mostly free of attachments and they do a cashminder account for those of us with less than sparkly credit histories.

            so worth a look

I would send off the missing PTs to Blair Oliver and Scott and see what they come back with.

Up to you whhat you do about the address, as this one is enforceable, a wee bit care is required, so I would probably tell em I'd moved

              Hiya,
              Thanks for your reply.
I will take a look at the co-op. it's a nightmare that all these banks are knitted together; I emptied my ING savings ready for the Barclays buy out
I will write to bos with new address using missing p&t's.
              Cheers !

                  Re: Missy's Diary

That question would need mortgage - homeowner.

Even though its the Mrs house etc you're still there and contributing so you would always declare it as homeowner - with mortgage. Even though its not in your name; that IS the correct residential statement in your case. I do the same as our hoose is in Poppy's name

Sainsburys is underwritten by HBOS which is part of LBG so you need to change banks at some point mate. No rush but bear in mind when they merge their banking licences they will apply RoSO across brands.

You'll be fine. No plans in 2013 to merge licences. I suspect they won't ever do it based on them breaking up again. I would wait and see but as things stand for them to apply RoSO they'd HAVE to first assign the debt to LBG and then they'd be able to apply it but to do so would mean notifying you of the assignment so you'd obviously stop any money going through your accounts
