        I think I would be ignoring that letter. Wait and see which dca they pass it on to next.

        Can't help but laugh at that letter actually. Continue to make payments? You weren't making any. Already settled? Surely they should know!

        As NDBW has pointed out (and I think I have in the past ), don't forget to update your posts in a different colour with any letters you send, not just letters you receive.

          that's what i thought to ignore it, everything is up to date now i just need to go through the rest of the diary and update the red an blue, really busy with parents at the moment i know i should make the effort i am just so tired when i get home and then there is the business i help run while hubby is on the morning shifts , i will try and get it done
