I would simply ignore for the moment, see what they send next.

Blair Oliver Scott are HBOS (check initials - BOS / HBOS) in-house DCA and they are pussies. They don't commence legal action

I understand that you have a date in mind based on an event in life however if you're telling me that the bank sent a recon and blatantly lied about the start date then that's a whole different ball-game so we really have to assume that the bank are correct in this instance.....

    Re: Starting out

I would just ignore for now. They can not get either a charging order or attachment of earnings without first getting a ccj and you not paying it, so don't worry there.

If you wanted you could send the doorstep letter
    Harassment & Threat of Doorstep-Visit

But i would just ignore for now, others may have opionions which i am sure they will share

Thanks for your support Pixie ,I have sent missing PT letter to them, hopefully that will confuse them for a wee while ,fingers crossed .

I have received a letter from Blair ,Oliver,&Scot, (sainsburys ,Niddy says unenforceable) they are saying
pay arrears immediately ,failure to do will result in 1)payment plan being cancelled,
2),refer debt to one of our door to door recovery agents,
3),court action to seek a judgement,if successful collect money from employer.
    4) apply for a charging order over our property.

Also received letter stating the same as above, for the HBoS account, this account is enforceable,I have just posted missing prescribed terms to them today
What's my next step,? Any help gratefully received,!!!x

Its because it's from 2007; for the moment though blag it by sending something like this - keep us updated though especially if they start to get heavy with letters etc :---> Our Templates | Unenforceability Templates | CCA Query - Missing Prescribed Terms

It depends whether there is any possible mileage in blagging it. You need input from I2D or the Boss :niddy here.

    Re: Starting out

    Sosad,

As you seem nervous about speaking with debt collectors on the phone, I thought I'd post up some phone scripts for you. Please feel free to use them or any variation thereof as you see fit.

The good people are in BLUE and the nasty debt collectors in RED

    Lamppost.
    Is that Mr. Smith?
No, it is the lamppost outside his house. Can I take a message?
It is about his £1,000,000 debt to Shark & Shyster.
Ah! That makes a light bulb go on in my head!

Undertaker, how may I help you?
Can I speak to Mr. Smith?
Probably, but there's not a great chance of him speaking to you.

    Is this Mr. Smith?
No, it is a telephone. Put your glasses on.

Can I speak to Mr. Smith?
    OWWWW!!!!!!
    Mr. Smith?
    OWWWW!!!!!!
    Is that Mr. Smith?
    OWWWW!!!!!!
Why do you keep saying “OWWWW!!!!!”
Because this is a metal telephone and I've plugged it into the electric socket instead of the phone line.

    Army Morse Code Station
Can I speak to Mr. Smith?
    Dot. Dot. Dash. Dot. Dash.
    Mr. Smith?
    Dot. Dash. Dot. Dot. Dash.....

    Coastal Weather Station
Can I speak to Mr. Smith?
Thank you for calling the Premium Rate Coastal Weather Line. This morning it will be sunny with rainy spells, and this afternoon it will be rainy with sunny spells. Tonight, it will get darker. Thank you for calling the Premium Rate Coastal Weather Line. Good-bye!

    Phoney Psychics
Can I speak to Mr. Smith?
Thank you for calling the Phoney Psychics Premium Rate Line. I see a tall, dark, handsome stranger coming in to your life in the very near future. I see you asking him for money, being told to bugger off, and the phone being slammed down....

Can I speak to Mr. Smith?
Dunno. Depends where he is and how loud you can shout.

Can you confirm your address please?
I shouldn't think so, mate, it hasn't even been baptised yet.

    Is that Mr. Smith?
Yes, but I've just committed suicide, so you're through to Hell. Inter-dimensional calls are charged at £1,000 a minute. Please upgrade your call plan with your service provider.

Can I speak to Mr. Smith?
    Aunt Ermintrude!
This is not your Aunt Ermintrude, it is Adolf from Acme Debt Nazis!
Come on Ermie! I know that voice anywhere! Owww, you are a laugh! Is Uncle Algernon still trying to grow cucumbers in the window boxes? How are your chilblains, dear? Oww, It is getting so cold at night now, isn't it?

Zoological Gardens, how may I help you?
Can I speak to Mr. Smith?
I couldn't honestly tell you. What species would he be?

Homosexual brothel, how may I help you?
Can I speak to Mr. Smith?
Mr. Smith? Oooh, you like that sort of thing do you? So do a lot of the others, he's very busy. I could send Mr. Jones round to you if you fancied a change?

Witnesses Of Jehovah, how may I help you?
Can I speak to Mr. Smith?
Of course, brother! As a blessed child of the Lord you can speak to anyone! Even the Lord himself who is all around you and with you every moment of every day! Ask, and it shall be given. Knock, and it shall be opened unto you. You are saved, brother, saved!
