    Re: Lovemoney UE Diary

As there are so many agreements to go through I will do one big reply here and leave you to then add the bits to your post relative to that account......

    Co-Op =

    Egg =

Lloyds TSB = You only sent one page, where is the CCA?

    MBNA/Arrow =

    MBNA/Link =

Sky/Barclaycard/Capquest = Its only statements where is the CCA?

    Goldfish =

    MBNA/#67 =

Ok, all the UE ones have something missing from the PT's so if you're planning on responding you would send this back to whoever owns the account: ---> Our Templates | Unenforceability Templates | CCA Query - Missing Prescribed Terms

The Egg one we need to blag as that does look good but we'll pretend otherwise, if they get 'heavy' let us know asap.....

Lloyds and Sky will both be UE but still, cannot confirm without the CCA...

Well done, a few results there, all UE except the Egg one.

Does the Office of Faffing and Twaddling know that firm is demanding excessive fees?

Sorry another few quick questions please

Above 2 accounts with CCJ is it too late send the Missing PT?

Egg = The Egg one we need to blag as that does look good but we'll pretend otherwise, if they get 'heavy' let us know asap.....is that mean I need to send them Missing PT?

Most are the credit cards debts without CCA, will be 6 years in November then drop off from credit file, should I send request wake them up?

All the unenforceable accounts should I send them Missing PT and wait for them reply then stop paying?

                        Thanks

If they've already got a CCJ it would be too late for UE, which accounts have a CCJ?

Above 2 accounts. can I do something about it?

                          Thanks Flowerpower....

For loans yes, send a CCA request.

By current accounts, do you mean overdrafts? See this for O/Ds ---> Overdrafts - CCA Information - allaboutFORUMS
Thanks for sending me all of the useful information.
