If you owe as much as £1 I would honestly travel to their offices and deliver it to them personally. I wouldn't even trust it to the banking system.

See if you can hire a security van with armed guards to protect you against possible attack by bandits, and be sure to use thick black bags so the cash is well camouflaged. Travel by a round about route to foil any potential thieves who may have heard about your journey and be lying in wait to ambush you, and don't forget to take a video recording of the transaction so that you have proof it was made.

On the other hand, you could ignore them. Up to you.

Presumably they are referring to the last £1 token. Are you still paying them those tokens even though Niddy said it was ? If so, it'll never go SBd!

As the above is just a reminder & it's UE, I'd just ignore, otherwise the SB clock won't start!
      Thanks for reply...
do apologize my typing error it is £15,972.00.

Since I sent off CCA request & MPT letters, took the advise stop all standing order £1 token payment, otherwise get further advise than start paying them again.

I just ignore and see what they send next...Keep updated.

                    Good Luck tomorrow

Try to get there an hour early and ask to see the Duty Solicitor. Most county courts will have one on housing days. This is a free-to-use solicitor who can go into court and speak for you as an advocate. Sometimes you can have conditions written into a CO or even have a suspended CO which doesn't kick in until you break the terms of the order. And if they think something is not right with any paperwork they can even request an adjournment. I can't guaranteee that there will be one at your local court but most do provide this free service

                      Good advice

However, one point i would be concerned with is RWC are very very aggressive so if they get a charge they may try to force the sale of the property to obtain their money if they do not obtain a satisfactory payment proposal.

Are they? I actually thought Robbing bastards were pussycats...... maybe once they get their teeth into someone that changes but that surprised me mate.

Then again, they were chasing me for a debt belonging to a Miss A N Other so in theory when I rung (I like to do these things at times) and asked if I was a burd, you can imagine their shock!

                              indeed

I dont say they would get the order, merely they would most likely try for it. Look at your case with Santander as an example, they said they would do all manner of nasty things like getting judgment, they tried but failed but none the less the fact that they would fail didnt stop them trying did it.

i fought them on another matter, and they were truely aggressive and the funny part was that even the judge pointed out that we had told them they were buggered, but they still went ahead lol
