I am a foreigner too (well Scottish)

However don't worry about the details, they are not relevant and cannot be used by the bank in the way suggested, just change the signature slightly so it's definitely not how you'd normally sign and enough that you could prove it if it suddently appears on the agreement - even draw a line through it or something....

                  Re: Lovemoney UE Diary

I'm at a real loss as to how we can help you LoveMoney. I am getting your PM's but you're missing the underlying objective, transparency.

We simply cannot provide any assistance on half-cooked measures of information, for instance I would never forgive myself if what we suggested made you get a CCJ or worse and until you list all the debts then you need to continue dealing with the DMP as matter of course.

The thing is, it is pointless dealing with half or even some debts - get them all listed! You must know roughly what accounts you have/had etc to be able to draw up a list? I don't want all the info as a diary but just a list of the creditors, the approx balances and what the current status is - as a lot of these have a CCJ so you can't now play UE catch-up, sorry that trains departed already.

I really think you ought to consider more formal action to allow a clean brak and if that means selling up then so be it, in any case I think you will be forced to make a decision sooner than later based on the number of CCJ's against you.

Sorry, but that is the cold hard truth. If I was you, or certainly in your position I would strongly suggest more formal help such as an IVA or even BR. I am not saying that's what you ought to do, but it is what I would do if I was in your boat.

Take this message how you want but its meant with the greatest of respect so please consider what it is I am saying to you.

                      I never give up

I'm just asking for a full picture so it'll help try and sort things. We have a solicitor firm that we refer to (a mod here) we also have a licenced dmp specialist here (a mod) and a wealth of real life stories so collectively we can help get you on the right path. Pointless killing half a bird, tell us the lot and we'll try and help you kill all 3 birds (ue debts/legal matters/dmp matters)!

Get it ALL under control and you'll feel a huge weight lifted. Leave bits out and one mistake can ruin all the other hard work and effort.
