  • Lloyds credit card - Lowell and Lowell Solicitors post 19
    Hello all I have received a claim form
    from Lowell Portfolio 1 Ltd. dated 25/09/19

    What do I do now.

          Letter from Lowell dated 19th June 2020

          As the new owner of your Capital One account, Lowell Portfolio 1 Ltd. wrote to you previously. We are now contacting you to agree how you can repay your account.

          They have owned the account since 2008.

            I can see you stopped your £1 token payments in 2018 (i.e. over two years ago).

            I can also see that Niddy told you the Capital One credit agreement from 2004 was enforceable.

            If both these things are true then I wonder why Lowell haven't issued legal proceedings since they purchased the debt twelve years ago - unless they are aware of Default Notice issues which can be Capital One's Achilles heel . . .

                    • My son and partner have got into some debt, i want them to start a debt diary but they cannot seem to able to post anything, can anyone help to say where they are going wrong thanks.

                      • Tell them to go top left and click on RED FORUMS then scroll down and click on area they need i.e. debt Bank etc the click on new thread and headline it then come we pick it up and give a diary for them to start.

                            • Phillips and Cohen used to chase debts of people who have died. When my ex died, I simply told them that after funeral costs there were no funds left. They didn’t even ask for proof. Mind you these were possibly UE catalogue debts way back in 2012.
