  • Why not more CCJs?

    Hi all,

Been doing a bit of reading on here today and was wondering....

...When accounts are enforceable, why do more not end up in court instead of being passed around between OC and DCAs?

Can DCAs not actually be bothered? or does it depend on whether they think you have anything worth taking?

I guess the template responses on here help and that maybe some DCAs just have no real clue?

    Cheers

    I think it's a combination HB.

I'm sure the templates on here help and, if you argue strongly enough, the dcas aren't sure of their ground.

I have a couple of enforceable accounts which I've been blagging for 3 years. I've also got a ccj for an enforceable account (post 2007) for which I pay £1 per month. The dca/oc aren't even going to get the court costs back so I'm sure this has deterred the others.
