Here's what I got from Moorcroft.

In short, half a dozen letters then silence, nothing from November '20.

I would wait and see what Moorcroft do send. One step at a time.

            Hi all,

so I should have kept more up to date, however…life!

so my Halifax and Lloyds accounts were sold to Lowell in September 2024. I’ve been ignoring them nicely, however I’ve now had the message from Resolvecall stating they will visit my house. This TERRIFIES me and I also don’t want the neighbours to see.

i tend not to answer the door to anyone anyway, but I’m just really nervous.

what do I do from here? I don’t think I have received the T&Cs from Lloyd’s ever, but I have from Halifax and could do with having them checked.

what timeframes am I looking at for resolvecall to visit and will I have notice or will they just turn up?

if anyone could look at my Halifax T&Cs that would be wonderful!! I’ve taken my foot off the gas and just been coasting with all this ?
