Which account, I need to know the basics - i.e.

      • Type of account (credit card/loan)

      • Date commenced (ideally before Apr 2007)

      • Approx balance

      • Date last paid (approximate date you last made a FULL payment)

      • Are you on arrangement or not paying

      • Status (default/in arrears/up-to-date)

      • Account owner (who is writing to you, a DCA or the lender)

See this: ---> Requested Information for UE Process

Type of account (credit card/loan) - credit card

Date commenced (ideally before Apr 2007) - August 2005

        Approx balance - £9,600

Date last paid (approximate date you last made a FULL payment)
        - I think the last full payment was Feb 2009

Are you on arrangement or not paying - not paying at all at present

        Status (default/in arrears/up-to-date) - default

Account owner (who is writing to you, a DCA or the lender) - Moorcroft DCA

Thanks & hope it all makes sense.

Thanks - it does now. Can you please send me a copy of the email to XXXXXXXXXXX and i'll have a quick look now for you.

I need to see the cover letter and the CCA itself - not so much the terms at this stage.

The emails of the 2 photos should be with you (sent earlier) but I'll resend them if they haven't come through.
            Thanks.

Ok, it looks proper and enforceable now - sorry to say that, but it does.

Can you confirm if that is definitely your handwriting and signature (used in 2005)? Also, as you have the original there, hold it upright and check if all the boxes align or if anything is squashed/not right (this helps us establish if it is genuine or a recon copy).

              Thanks

Unfortunately, it was my signature then & I can't see any 'joins' in the agreement. I think I knew it was going to be enforceable so no extra shock there.
                Thanks anyway.

Bollocks, ok so continue to blag it and treat it as UE and see what happens - not like you can just write a cheque and pay it is it? So best to blag it for now, respond with this: ---> CCA Query - Application Form Received
