  • Trouble re Sec 175

    Hello,

If a DCA says that they have passed my CCA request on to the OC, and the OC has apparently informed them that I have to write to the OC, does this mean they have dicharged thier responsibilities under Section 175?

I dont think it does, as it is the DCA who are demanding the money and also managing payment plans etc.

Or is it just easier to write to the OC?
[]Remember. Everytime a Soldier or Policemen loses thier job, everytime a school can't afford a book, everytime a streetlight has to be turned off - a bankers greed, incompetence and ineptitude played a large part. In Financial Services?, in a Bank? Then think on....you are helping this process along....

no as your not dealing with the OC so the dca have to deal with it unless they are advising you that the OC hasnt got an agreement for you
