    received my offer

    Hi just to say i have had my offer for the PPI reclaim via FOS .Citi (opus) sent my offer in writing yesterday and sked me to ring with bank details so it can be paid into the bank. I did so and that was that. Today had a letter that gives the offer as £150 lower than what i have accepted so i plan to wait until the refund is paid then send them a copy of the original offer and hope to get it back.This has taken almost 2yrs to complete.Havent got it yet but
    if you do it today and you like it you can always do it again tomorrow

            Very well done, lets hope they are quick to do the transfer and even quicker to sort out and pay the other £150
