got this today from capquest ,threatening me with a door step visit .
i need to send them a letter, they are the 3rd dca to attempt to intimidate me ,niddy says the cca is UE and the account is in dispute and was when they took over the debt .so anyone got any suggestions on what letter to send . thanks

the last dca who had this account ,i sent them a letter saying that the account was in dispute ,which it is So i also sent them the failed cca request letter,with the above one

recieved a reply to my letter telling them that the account was in dispute ,and cap one had not sent the correct cca and also the doorstep visit letter,how shall i respond to this letter ??

well cap quest have given up and passed it on to another DCA

sames letters again, I would also add a line at the end saying that you have no desire to make an appointment so they should not visit your private property.

ScotCall sent me one of those in January, I sent them both the 'sold in dispute' and the threat of doorstep collection in one envelope. On the day they received them they wrote back to me saying "please find attached paperwork regarding to an account we are no longer handling", the attachments were copies of the two letters I'd sent a few days earlier. Never heard from the cowardly little chicks ever again!
