    Had a letter from Capquest this morning, just saying that they've requested a copy of my agreement and statement from Shop Direct and they'll send it as soon as they receive it.

                      You can apply every 30 days - so if they do that they will be in default of your request.

                          Not really an update but just to say I've still not received the cca I requested from Capquest.
                          The letter I got from them saying they'd requested a copy from shop direct was dated 9th Jan, almost 3 weeks ago.
                          Does this seem like a good sign or is it the norm to wait this long? bearing in mind Very already sent me one last year.

                            Received my cca from Capquest this morning, plus a statement that they said I'd asked for (I didn't) it was the same cca that Very sent me last year, signed by me and as Niddy said it's enforcible..nothing else in the letter, no saying they'll write again or what they want me to do now.

                            Anyway just thought I'd update, I'll probably be asking for more advice when I hear from them again.

                                Thanks Niddy, just had 2 phone calls in the space of an hour, luckily it was on answer phone but both asked me to call them and also said they may call again.
                                Do I answer or ignore?
