Lowells are the pits, sent letter from Daughter, prove debt, they responded will hold account and request the details from O.C., 7 days later get letter from Scotcall pay up or doorstep visit, well Sotcall have a Notice of Denial of Access with a set charge if any doorstep visitor comes to my house, they have been warned.

And do not forget to respond if you are once of the persons with a SD set aside to the ITV person mentioned above.

Have you been contacted by DVLA Debt Collectors?
If so, we have received the following request for help:

Have you experienced the DVLA debt collectors? Companies that phone, text and write demanding money on behalf of the DVLA claiming you didn't notify them of a sorn'd vehicle or any other contravention?

I'd like to hear about your experience, was it fair, intimidating or unjust?

Please contact me with your story via email on fred.fenoulhet@itv.com

    Regards,
    Fred.

    Ministry of Justice (MOJ)

MOJ have confirmed the 30 powers of entry that it is responsible for and identified policy leads
responsible in each case. Information on the process has been circulated to MOJ policy leads
and all specific policy teams have been requested to initiate reviews of their powers of entry.

No reviews have been concluded yet so it is not possible to say the number of powers for
    removal, amalgamation and retaining.

MoJ started the statutory review process in early 2012 and work is progressing on a number of
areas with discussions and consultations taking place between MOJ policy teams and the relevant
interested parties. MOJ expect to make further progress over the coming months and remains on
track to conclude the review and present its findings in a final report by early 2014.

OFT has imposed requirements on RBS and NatWest in respect of how they use charging orders to enforce customer debts. OFT found evidence the banks did not always properly consider customers' financial circumstances, and that they were using the orders to secure relatively small amounts of debt. OFT said firms should use charging orders in a proportionate way and not for small amounts. (Source: OFT Imposes Requirements on RBS and NatWest about Use of Charging Orders)
