Do you have the letter from Cabot which says they can't comply with your CCA request made in 2009 (or was it later than that?)
It won't make any difference to Deepie's wise suggestion to send another CCA request asap but we do need to know the full facts before we can predict the next step after that.

Hi Beefy, I received exactly the same letter from Marlin yesterday, it's even dated the same (frustrating when they give you 7 days to respond but with no working days left in between receiving the letter and being able to get a response to them

They took action against us 6 months before SB but to be fair we thought we'd paid 6 years earlier. They tried & they lost. That's all I can say but the fact is they're dirty cheating lying conniving bastards who all deserve to burn at the stake.

I have the same letter and will be sending a CCA request tomorrow for both our Halifax cards, we have 4 years 3 months until SB , this is all i need on top of my troubles right now bloody dad had a fall and isn't well so they are bastards and i agree with Niddy they should burn at the stake and then down to hell_______________________________________
