Got these letters ,the rma letter is for the account i sent missing pts for[post 54] and the other
account which i have not recieved any cca reply for [post 43]
ive also sent RMA a telephone harrasement letter they have called twice in the last hour .

As a Level 1 complaint, out team only has 48 hours to try and resolve the matter. As I could not resolve your complaint within this timescale, the matter has now been escalated to the next stage of our complaints process. You will be contacted in writing within 40 working days.

They say they have sent the agreement to the relivent department and you should receive it shortly, well they are in default till you do get it, so just file it away and see what happens.

hi FP just checked through my files and this is a response to the acc sold in dispute letter i sent moorcroft in august ,i have had no response to my CCA request ,definately.
shall i send them another cca request ?????

Moorcroft have referred the account to Barclays, that's all. No need to send another CCA request; the first one still stands. They know damn well it does too....
