just had a reply from barclaycard for my cca request on card number three formally an egg card so have sent the docs to niddy for him to see .will post up his verdict .

Sounds like you are where I was 18 months ago. Don't worry too much, they will bombard you with phone calls for a few months, send you a couple of defective default notices. Then if they get nowhere, will pass you to Calders in the next office.

and you've done the right thing about Mercers, they probably won't send anyone and if they do just tell em to piss off and shut the door, but never hurts to warn them off.

these are just template letters remember, someone is just pressing a button in an office somewhere.

also got a letter from mercers demanding a payment i sent a cca off for this account and have not recieved a reply ,they also said they would send a local agent to my house so sending the letter for that .

just got a monthly payment slip from barclaycard, an account which i sent a cca for and niddy deemed it UE missing PTs ,they are still adding interest and late charges can i do anything about this ????
